Home body went "Argos" a Benjamin Moore product in a satin sheen and Garage doors along with the accent trim bands went "Extra white" also in a satin sheen! Another Beautiful Vinyl siding mobile home done out in Punta Gorda,FL ! Siding does take some skills to paint because its all spray work and cant be any flashing and misses and no drips this one came out EXQUISITE as always , thanks to the homeowners for having us and they were more than happy with the outcome ! Colors on home body was "GRAY CLOUDS" IN A SATIN SHEEN

This is a beachhouse out of Manasota Key Beach,Fl we did a Full exterior on,it went a two tone definitely different but somehow it turned out really nice! The owner is an artist and will be drawing in waves into the two tone like a beach and sand type of deal . ⛱️ 🏖️

Completed a full exterior out in Webster,FL over this past week ! Buddy of mine needed his home painted and we took the trip up north to make it happen! Home was pressure washed then sealed top to bottom with Loxon to seal and give the topcoat the best adhere to the substrate !Home will not fade peel or get mold for decades to come! Paint colors for the home were "Deep Forest Brown" for the home body along with the doors. And "Extra White" for the trim and accent bands and soffits fascia and downspouts! Full exterior done this week in Sarasota,FL ! Home had new stucco done to the whole exterior of home . Home was first sealed/primed with Loxon and then a topcoat of good Superpaint! . Home colors were "Accessible Beige"in a satin sheen for the soffits fascia downspouts and gutters , as well as the accent trim bands and the two exterior doors! Main body of home went "Oak Moss" also in a satin sheen. And the front front door went "Van D**e" also a satin sheen ! All products for final coat were Superpaint !The colors chosen by the client came out gorgeous with the rocks on the home couldnt of picked a better color scheme!!! Beautiful full exterior done out in Venice ,Fl awesome homeowners as well very smooth process as always! Home was conditioned with loxon for the best adhere to final topcoat paint and to lock that chaulkyness from the home so it wont peed ,fade ,or discolor for years to come!
This home went "Zurich White " for the body and down spouts .
The accent trim bands went "Pure White"
And lastly the garage door went "Cadet" a gray color

Havent posted too many jobs lately but heres one FULL repaint done this last week out of North Port FL.I also did the interior a couple months ago.Not a drastic change in color but definitely looks solid and will stay elegant and cleaner years to come! The home was pressure washed before we painted the home's body went "Sand Dollar* in a satin sheen . And garage door ,soffits, fascia, gutters, downspouts and accent trim bands went *Extra White* in a satin sheen ! Product used was the one and only Superpaint 📢🔥 from Sherwin Williams! This was a FULL exterior done a couple weeks ago in North Port,FL ! Body went "Pacific Bluffs" a Behr color in a satin sheen. Trim and Accent Bands and the side exterior door went "Spanish Sand" also a Behr color in a satin sheen. And soffits,fascia, downspouts and gutters all went "extra white" in a satin sheen as well . All products used were Superpaint from Sherwin Williams! Look at the difference in those soffits and fascia ! Home definitely pops out like it should and looks very elegant with sharp lines ! Even if its not a drastic difference in color change it really does make a difference just check out the pictures ,they speak for themselves! Home out of North Port done couple weeks ago ! Havent been posting been super busy but heres a update ! Home body went "Magnetic Gray" Trim and Garage and Front and Side Exterior doors went "Iron Ore" . Soffits and fascia went "Extra White" 7006 ! All in satin sheens ! Home was well over due for painting ! Home was super chaulky and was sealed with Loxon before putting a final coat of Superpaint! Another EXQUISITE job done by yours truly ! Book yours now!

Quick full exterior done over my birthday week. For a repeat client Allen ! Awesome guy and his wife were super awesome throughout the whole job process! . Completed a full exterior out of North Port,FL for my repeat clients this Father's Day weekend ! Home body went "Evening Shadow" . In a satin sheen
Accent bands ,Front door and Garage door went "Steely Gray"! Also satin sheen. Ceilings went "Extra White" in the front porch and lanai ! Complete makeover and they are super happy with the outcome ! More to come dont forget to click that follow/like button ! Thanks

A Full exterior done this past week out in Venice ,FL ! We removed all the shutters and downspouts for the client we also took Off and painted her two exterior lights fresh gloss black! As well as the front porch Grill! !They were getting new gutters and downspouts installed so it was easier for us to paint with them off. Went with "Tricorn Black" on the garage and front porch grill! And home body along with the accent bands, soffits and fascia went "Mountain Air" a blueish color ! We also did the pool deck,deck was in very bad shape and had alot of cracks and holes! Cant even see them anymore once they were repaired and sealed!Deck look solid and no more cracks ! Pictures show the difference! Never an unsatisfied client when we are done here at Exquisite Painting of SWFL! Enjoy and more to come stay tuned!
