Door purchased online. Wastebasket cabinet purchased off the shelf at Home Depot. Everything painted to match existing cabinetry! Description:
SHS is seeking a Lead Carpenter for our residential remodeling company. Duties to include performing demolition, light electrical, light plumbing, drywall installation and finish, door and window installation, trim installation, painting, flooring, tiling, rough-in and finish carpentry. Create and maintain daily project task lists. Communicate with clients on project progress and updates. Manage projects independently and manage crew.

This position is a 90 day contract position (W-9) with the potential to become salary position after 90 days.

Requirements:
- Experience in residential remodeling in categories listed above
- Have reliable transportation, driver’s license, auto insurance
- Ability to work independently, manage projects independently
- Possess excellent communication skills and represent company to clients
- Excellent time management skills

Projects booked into 2022. Performing excellent home renovations in Lorain, Cuyahoga, and Medina Counties.

SHS is also looking for carpenter laborers to join our fast-paced team! Must be able to lift 50lbs. and have excellent organizational skills.

Downstairs, we reconfigured the kitchen floor plan to create more storage, functionality and open space. The eat-in area is transformed into a space with ample cabinetry and expanded work space.

Necessity is the Mother of invention! Quite often we find ourselves needing to provide custom finishes to our project materials such as ship lap siding, wood ceilings, and trim and needing a very large space to perform the work. The crew designed and constructed a custom rack to finish and store our finishing projects as they cure inside without any worry of the weather. Great job SHS crew!
