This wasn’t a small job 💯

We replaced almost 45 feet of sill plate — and if you know, you know… that’s structural.

The original wood was completely compromised from moisture over time, which can affect the entire stability of the home. My homeowner went from not being able to open the door, not being able to close his fridge doors, and his wife would be able to easily roll with her chair while working on the second floor. 

We had to properly support the structure, remove all damaged sections, and install new pressure-treated sill plate to bring everything back solid and secure. Unfortunately, on adjusting Heights as much as we did here, you sometimes will find cracks in your wall, cracks in your granite countertop, and anything that could possibly break from being altered. 

Jobs like this aren’t pretty — but they matter the most.

Another one knocked out 💪

This bathroom needed some real attention — grout was worn down and starting to fail, which can lead to water getting where it shouldn’t.

We went in, regrouted the entire shower, cleaned everything up, and brought it back to life.

On top of that, we fixed the ventilation issue by properly connecting the exhaust fan. A lot of homes don’t vent correctly, which traps moisture and causes mold over time — we made sure this one is done the right way.

Small fixes like this make a BIG difference.

We did this job a couple of weeks back and our customer had severe water damage due to their gutter needing replacement.
We completely removed the beam, replaced beam and replaced two 6 x 6 posts. We also replaced both gutter systems through JNJ gutters and turned an unsafe situation back to normal 🙂

Last week’s project: rotted garage beam replacement.

Even when a garage doesn’t have a room above it, compromised beams are a serious safety issue. Addressing structural damage early prevents bigger, more expensive problems down the road.

Project we completed. Realtor Andrew Brensinger gave us the opportunity to help assist his client so he may finalize on his new purchase. We needed to remove old skirting due to wear and tear creating holes and provide a rail in accordance to the 2018 IRC. Completed ☑️
