This remodel completely changed the feel of the home by opening up the layout between the living room and kitchen. We removed and relocated a load-bearing wall, then reinforced the existing structure with a large engineered beam to create a strong, seamless open-concept design. The result is a brighter, more functional space with improved flow for everyday living and entertaining.

The shower floor features a natural pebble mosaic, blending soft grays, charcoals, and whites for a textured, spa-like foundation that feels great underfoot.
