If someone would have told me 20 years ago I would have my own construction company and be in business for 20 years.... I would have scoffed. On the 27th of July we are celebrating 20 years, I've very proud of my team and the work we have accomplished so far.
We are going around taking more photos of projects past and present and will be upgrading my website with the new photos.
If you would like a t-shirt let me know, I will be giving them away to my crew, our subcontractors, suppliers and friends.

What a complete transformation of this house in Santa Barbara. This house used to be a horse stable in the 1920s and was converted into a house in the 1950s. We totally gutted the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, bathtroom and bedroom and gave them all a 2025 upgrade but keeping the look from that Era. The existing Dutch doors were left untouched and we added massive windows in the dining room to bring in new light. The skylight was rebuilt to mimic an old English glass house with a real lens. We are at 99% finished and we can't wait for the owner to move in ( this weekend) and then take professional photos.
Thanks to all the MPX staff and subcontractors for their input and creative finishes.

From single story ranch to modern contemporary:
Just over half way now, all interior insulated and drywalled, windows will be all installed by Monday the 21st, wrapping the exterior and starting siding next week.

Just started demo on this cute never touched 1950s bungalow in Ventura.
We will be renovating the kitchen, 2 baths, adding new windows and doors, building 2 new patios at the front and the back of the house,refinishing the original oak floors and painting the whole interior and exterior.
Watch this space this is going to be a really big transformation on this cute old home.

We started remodeling this home in Early November. The house got completely thrashed due to a water leak that started in Kitchen and traveled through the entire residence.
We demolished the kitchen and both baths and archectually vaulted the living room ceiling and altered the kitchen making it larger.
This is/was a complete renovation throughout the entire home and new floors throughout.
Thank you to all the Subs and MPX staff that put this project together.

We started the design of this Kitchen and primary bath at the fall of 2023. With many renderings and ideas the final design came in at December and we were hired to start the project at the beginning of the year (2024) This is the fourth project for this client (over 20 years of service) with them.
The ceiling was trayed with a light bar added and custom cabinets with leathered countertops with a quartzite honed stunning splash.
The bathroom was gutted and custom shower, custom cabinets, heated floors with leathered counters to finish.
Thank you to the many trades people that helped us pull this stunning project together.
