Cauliflower taco. Grill roasted cauliflower with salt, turmeric pdr, red chilli pdr, cumin pdr, coriander pdr and oil. Garnished with lemon juice pickled cabbage + red onion and cilantro. Sauce = sriracha + vegan mayo

Pepper Tofu Curry

Marinate extra firm tofu in:�1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli pdr�1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp oil
Tofu cubed
Mix. Air fried it for about 15 mts till golden brown and crispy.

Heat pan. Oil, bay leaf,
sauce, 2 cloves, a tsp of crushed pepper, medium sized red onion chopped, 2 green chillies sliced, �1.5 cups red onion, thinly sliced, 2 tsps dhania pdr, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tap kashmiri red chilli pdr, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, cilantro stem chopped, few curry leaves, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp ketchup or tomato paste (I used a bit of both), salt and a cup of water. Let it boil/cook for a few minutes. Add the tofu. Simmer for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro. Yumm! (This recipe is not Vegan)

Instant Pot Potato ishtu (stew)

The only ingredient that is out of the ordinary is the couple of tablespoons of coconut milk. Yummy 😋
