Peppers already!! It’s shaping up to being a great year as this might be the earliest pepper harvest. 11 Jalapeños and 5 Anaheim Chili peppers 🌶️ were picked this morning!

These will most likely be diced and frozen until I get more in to make salsa, but what a start! Coast of Maine seed starter helped create a strong foundation, and AZOMITE® helped provide nutrients when they were transplanted ✅💪🏿

Half the garlic scapes were harvested today! From here, we have about a month or so until they are harvested. After harvested, the garlic heads will dry out for about two weeks and then boom, they are ready to go!!

Many use the garlic scapes to make pesto, but how do you use yours?

Once again the garlic is coming in strong this year!! As always, continues to come in the clutch with the soil amendments 🌋

The scapes will be harvested soon as they start to curl up, and then we countdown until the garlic 🧄 is fully harvested!
