2,400 SQ FT in 3 1/2 days 😮‍💨🔥

Started with rough subfloor and turned it into a whole new space 💪🏼

This one took some WORK… long days, sore knees, endless cuts, and a lot of focus to keep everything flowing clean through the house 👌🏼

But man… seeing it all come together makes it worth it.

Big transformation on this one and we’re proud of how it came out 🔧

TV mounting day 🔧📺

Got two 55” TVs and a 65” mounted up today — clean, secure installs and a much better setup for the homeowners 👌🏼

One thing I always try to focus on is making it look clean and natural to the space, not just “hung on a wall.”

Simple upgrades like this can completely change the feel of a room.

Another productive day in the books 🔧

Started the day framing in an old ceiling opening with drywall and added a new pull-chain light to finish it off clean.

Then got more progress knocked out on the bathroom remodel 🚽
Installed and hooked up:
✔️ Toilet + supply line
✔️ Vanity + faucet
✔️ P-trap & supply lines
✔️ Mirror & trim work

Starting to really come together and clean up nicely 👌🏼

That’s one thing I enjoy most about this kind of work — taking a space step by step and watching it transform.

2 leaking hose spigots… front AND back 💧😬

Water was already starting to cause damage, so we got both replaced and sealed up the right way ✔️

Today’s job was all about adding convenience, safety, and functionality ⚡🔨

Installed a new motion light, added an outlet by the doorway, and ran a new receptacle down by the driveway for easier outdoor access. Clean work that makes everyday use better. 💪🏼

Sometimes it’s the smaller upgrades that make the biggest difference.
