Architecture Studio, Inc. is currently Owned and managed by Rolando Sosa and was established in 1994. Mr.

Architecture and Interior design services, integrating technology, sustainability and cost effective design solutions to satisfy the requirements of the Owner's with regards to budget and schedule. Sosa's complimentary leadership, design approach and client satisfaction furthered their vision of a firm that would be an innovative force within the Architectural Community. The firm started with only

four people, and have carefully grown over the years. Timeless design and quality project development and their goal of 100%25 client satisfaction have enable them to expand their personal approach to each and every project and have availed the firm's entry into other market segments. The reputation of an Architectural firm can be measured in several ways: by the work it has done and by the quality of professional service it provides. And, although we have amassed recognition for our work, of far greater importance to us are the number of clients who continue to return, time and again, because they have come to believe in us and appreciate the job we do for them. This house is simple and elegant. Its design was inspired by the Mediterranean style, which has a blend of Spanish and Italian architecture and resembles the aesthetic of Mediterranean Villas originated in the 1920's in several European countries.

302 Broadway Lofts Renovation🏢✨ . The building’s great bones (super structure) made the building primed for redevelopment.🏗️🔨 Being a formal utility building, its structural elements are stronger than the typical multi residential unit buildings. These structural elements were perfect to construct residential condos featuring industrial interior design. The former Florida Telephone Corp. building was originally constructed in 1964. The big picture was how this project would spark Ocala’s Downtown revitalization, like that of larger cities where run down industrial/warehouse districts have been converted to bustling urban cores 🌆🌟 A great deal of thought went into the conversion of the building. For instance, there were three phases of structural engineering. Those phases were due-diligence (identifying the obstacles), computer modeling the existing superstructure (to assure the structure could uphold current building codes) and then mitigation structural design (designing new structural elements needed to bring the building to current building codes.🏗️🔍📋 The results speak for themselves and are validated by full occupancy and landmarkl like status in the downtown.

A stunning one-story, 4-bedroom, 4-1/2-bathroom home with approximately 8,420 sq. ft. under roof 🏡. Designed as a contemporary farmhouse, its exterior blends timeless appeal with modern living including a generous front and rear porches. The rear porch has direct access to the outdoor living area with a lap pool and fire pit. Our design journey began with a hand-crafted floor plan, then once reviewed, adjusted and accepted, we provided exterior visioning concepts that were fine-tuned and carefully orchestrated to create a timeless contemporary farmhouse that is well suited and properly finished to satisfy our Owner's requirements.

This home is typical of the southern style home with wraparound porches and clapboard siding. The materials look very similar to the "traditional style", however they are cementitious and will last for many years with light maintenance. This home's design features a split 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom with a game room upstairs. The garage is a separate building, however it is connected to the residence via a covered side porch.

This project was an interior design and slight remodeling of a 1920's era home that was to be adapted to a shared office project concept. Our work was to envision and design a hip workspace that catered to both small businesses in the local area as well as traveling small business owners and employees. The challenge and solutions was to blend the original wood paneling, flooring and details that remained and the new materials that were introduced that enabled the facility to be the first shared office space in Marion County. The material selections, the furnishings and the overall vibe respect and enhance the historic nature of the home that has been repurposed as a shared office space.

This project is our representation of a contemporary wraparound porch home. This home's exterior facade clearly has ties that represent that "old farmhouse look" but it has reverse board and batten, stone veneers and corbels that are easily maintainable but give it that fresh look. The interior of the home is anchored by a great room that serves the kitchen, living and dining areas. One side of the home has the master bedroom suite, laundry room and pantry. The other side of the home has a central hallway that serves two in suite bedrooms and mud room with garage. The home's interior appointments include a story and half open great room with beams, generous window and a stone fireplace and wood floors throughout.

The design of this facility includes ( 8 ) buildings to house Motorhomes and boats. We designed some of the buildings that were for class "A" motorhomes with pull thru features with 50 amp electric and fresh water services. Some of the buildings were for other types of motorhomes that did not have the same drive thru conveniences and had smaller 30 amp electrical services. We also provided exterior concrete storage slabs for outdoor storage and temporary parking. The exterior features included colorful metal trim options that accentuates the buildings.

This rendering reflects a Central Florida 1-1/2 story horse barn with cupolas and cementitious siding. The facility can be fully enclosed with barn style doors at the central aisle, while the horse can be turned out to pasture via their "Dutch" style doors.
