This homestyle glazed meatloaf is pure comfort food. We love a classic meatloaf dinner with homemade mashed potatoes and rolls. I learned how to make mine from my Better Homes & Gardens Cookbook and it is still the recipe I turn to. Here's how I make it:
Combine 2 eggs, 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons parsley, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground sage, (1/4 cup chopped onion if you prefer) 1 pound ground beef and 1/2 pound ground pork. Mix together well and transfer to a shallow baking dish or pan then cover with the ketchup glaze( 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 teaspoon dried mustard) bake at 350 for 1 hour. We top ours with some crispy bacon bits for extra flavor!

Use this great smelling Lemon Sugar Scrub to exfoliate your skin - it removes dead skin cells and helps make skin feel softer and smoother. Use it on your hands, feet, elbows and knees, even your legs. It will make your skin smoother and brighter, even helps your moisturizer absorb better! To use: Wet your skin with warm water. Rub a small amount in gentle circular motions. Rinse off thoroughly. Apply moisturizer afterward. A few tips:
* Don't scrub too hard - sugar is abrasive.
* Usually 1-3 times a week is enough.
* Avoid using it on irritated, sunburned, or broken skin.
* Facial skin is delicate so this scrub is not recommended for use on your face.

This is one of the quickest, tastiest dinners I make! I get a head start by using premade refrigerated pasta and Alfredo sauce which saves time and really delivers on flavor. Both the peeled, deveined shrimp and spinach cook up in just a few minutes so you can easily have this dinner on the table in 15 fast minutes. How I made mine: I put a pot of salted water on the stovetop to boil. Using paper towels, pat about a pound of raw, peeled, deveined shrimp dry then season with spices of your choice - I used Kinders All Purpose Seasoning, Chef Paul Seafood Magic and Slap Your Mama Cajun Seasoning. Put 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet and add in your shrimp to sear. While they are cooking add a package of fettuccine noodles to your boiling water. Cook according to package directions mine was cooked al dente in about 2 minutes. The shrimp will also cook in about 3-4 minutes - They are done when when the shrimp turn opaque white with pink or orange highlights, curl into a loose "C" shape, and feel firm to the touch. This is optional, but l remove mine from the pan and wipe out any excess oil and seasoning (so the Alfredo sauce doesn't get too spicy) before adding a 15oz container of premade Alfredo sauce and transferring my cooked noodles into the skillet. I then add in a few handfuls of fresh spinach and once it's wilted, the shrimp go back in the pan. Top with a little grated Parmesan cheese and dinner is ready!

Caramel-filled Frito Scoops - what a fun little treat! Perfectly salty, crunchy and chewy sweet! I got this idea from Scarlet Recipes and some fun help from my two grandsons.
How we did it: we melted a package of unwrapped caramels with a tablespoon of milk in the microwave until smooth and pourable. Then we scooped about a teaspoon into each of our Fritos. We melted 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and a teaspoon of coconut oil together and drizzled it over the top and sprinkled on a little sea salt.

Anyone else hate unloading the dishwasher? I only run it about once a week because of my aversion to emptying it. I don't know why...
