Proposed front elevation for a new pediatric dental office in Biloxi, MS.

The goal was to move away from the typical “commercial” look: no parapets, no flat roofs. Instead, the design leans into a more classic architectural language that reflects the local vernacular and feels familiar within its context.

The client’s priority was longevity, avoiding trends that quickly date a building. The result is a design intended to age gracefully, maintaining its character and relevance well into the future.

We are pleased to announce our collaboration with The Sands at Front Beach, a new residential development located on the shoreline of “Front Beach” Ocean Springs, MS.

Designs for this community draws upon the heritage of Florida Cracker architecture, the elegance of the Caribbean West Indies, and the enduring character of the traditional Gulf Coast vernacular. The result is a collection of homes that balance timeless design with modern coastal living.

Looking forward to sharing more as the project develops.
