Precipitation of all kinds had been entering the home because the old driveway/patio had not enough slope to let all the water run away from home causing seepage/flooding into dwelling for over the last 30yrs. Removed two layers of concrete 4" plus another 4" and lowered its elevation by 9" allowing water to run towards street at 2% slope. Additionally- had to install Belgium block curbing to act as a retaining wall because of grade change. (It just looks good too, but wasn't planned.)

Removed narrow paver walkway and ugly concrete block steps. Replaced with natural, solid, rockfaced & thermaled Bluestone steps weighing 480lbs each! We also added a extra step in order to make it all to the roadways edge. (Not sure why the original walkway stopped short of roadway?)🤦‍♂️ Increased walkway to 4' wide with a 45° herringbone to help breakup the long unattractive linear lines.

Bilco basement entry door- Before & Afters. Existing door was installed incorrectly 10yrs ago, leading to rot/decay of structural components including heavy black mold in basement. New door with 36" of extentions, along with partial foundation was replaced to correct all issues. EFIS, will be patched in to finish project and make everything water tight. The BILCO Company
