After years of working as a flooring contractor for a few large retail stores, I decided to found Like a Puzzle Flooring. I saw the opportunity to cut out the middleman and offer my customers a better quality of service and affordable prices on flooring materials. I noticed that some customers wanted the option to look for the flooring by themselves, but they didn’t want to deal with a salesperson or any other person that doesn’t have hands-on experience in the business. On the other side, some customers want a more convenient service because they don’t have time to walk store by store to find the product they want.
