Are you tired of that old looking bathroom in your home?

Well, Rodney was also tired of that , and finally he decided to give us a call, we discussed his issue and he said he wanted to do some upgrades without breaking the bank, so we replaced the shower fixture , faucet, paint the vanity and installed a clear sliding shower glass door, also we relocate the light because the previous one was not bright enough, this was one in one day and a couple of hours of the next, looks good without a whole overhaul.

Crawl space enclosure is a must, all the v***rs will rot your home from under it and cause you a lot of respiratory problems, in Alabama there are so many houses with none or very poor v***r barrier, what about your house, do you have a good v***r barrier?

What type of roll you use and how do you clean it?
often times I see people at the hardware store buying the cheap paint kits and I can help it to think “that is not the best thing” specially because you can reuse a good roller nap if you get the right one and if you clean it well after each use😆😆. This is how I clean the roll after using it!

Did you know? 🧐 common knowledge that the flat paint can be used as primer , unless you’re painting black paint, I have to paint this wall 3 times, anyway, I think bit looks pretty good after 3 coats of paint, do you like the end result?

We are doing a cost efficient little rehab, in this bathroom, Brian is priming this small vanity with oil based primer, before we paint it with chocolate brown semigloss paint,
If you’re wondering how we get this gray primer, we mixed some white primer with a little bit of black oil based rustoleum flat paint.
