The Livery project is almost complete, and they’re now calling it the Livery Guest House and I’m completely obsessed! It’s already so gorgeous, and I can finally see how everything is coming together.

Today they were bringing in all of the furniture from Restoration Hardware, and it looks incredible. We’re hoping to install the shades by next Monday, and once the professional photos are finished, I can’t wait to share the final reveal with everyone.

This has been such an amazing project right here in Tarpon Springs, and I’m counting down the days until I can show you all the finished space!

It may sound cheesy, but one of my favorite parts of this business, besides getting to be creative and help transform homes- is meeting so many amazing people along the way. You never know who you’re going to meet when you walk through a client’s door, and some of those clients have even become friends. The relationships I’ve built over the years have been just as rewarding as the beautiful spaces we’ve created.

And that’s exactly how I hope you feel when you walk into my showroom-comfortable, welcome, and right at home. Creating a space where clients can relax, chat, explore ideas, and feel genuinely cared for has always been one of my biggest goals. One of the most common questions I get is: “What should I put on my large sliding glass doors?”

The good news is there are several options available, but by far our most popular solution is roller shades!

Roller shades are a clean, modern option that work beautifully on large openings. Depending on the size of your sliding glass doors, we can often use one large shade or multiple shades side-by-side for the best functionality and appearance.

We recently installed white roller shades on these front doors, and I love how seamlessly they blend right into the door frame. When they’re up during the day, they practically disappear, keeping the clean look of the entryway intact.

The best part? Privacy when you need it. At night, when the lights are on and it’s easy for neighbors or passersby to see inside, the shades can be lowered in seconds. During the day, they roll right back up to let in natural light and maintain the open feel of the home.

It’s one of those design choices that combines function and style perfectly—giving homeowners privacy without sacrificing the beauty of their front entrance.
