Quick tip every parent should know before buying a kid's bike helmet. 🚴πŸͺ–

A properly fitting helmet should sit level on the head, about two finger widths above the eyebrows, with straps that form a V just below each ear.

A helmet that rocks back or sits too high won't protect the way it should. Stop in and we can help you get the right fit for your little rider before the season winds down!

One thing a lot of new climbers get wrong: treating every climb the same. πŸ§—

Slab climbing like this requires completely different technique than overhang or crack climbing. Your weight distribution, footwork, and trust in your shoes all shift depending on the rock angle.

August is a great time to work on technique before the season changes. What type of climbing do you love most? β˜€οΈ
