Insulated and ready for drywall! Just a little bit about our process for insulating our homes. We use a R 19 blown in fiberglass insulation for the walls and then once we hang drywall, we will come back to put a R 38 blown in fiberglass insulation in the attic. If we have a bonus room/4th bedroom above the garage, like this house, we insulate the joist space below the two-story in the garage and also insulate the garage walls to help keep the upstairs room as comfortable as possible.

After a few months of everything that goes along with starting a business, trying to find a perfect plan, being extremely busy with League Custom Homes, and overall procrastination, We finally have a foundation and plumbing in.
