Creativity prompts lead to more creativity. 😂
We were going to do our next summer creativity prompt, but my little woke up with a plan of her own:
“My horse needs a café.”
And away she went.
She spent hours making food, baskets, treats, and little café details out of play dough. There was planning, storytelling, fine motor work, problem-solving, color sorting, pretend play, and a whole lot of imagination happening right there on the tray.
Sometimes the best learning doesn’t come from following the prompt. Sometimes the prompt simply opens the door, and our kids take it somewhere even better.
Today’s reminder: leave room for the horse café.
