Did you know a roof inspection is more than just checking for leaks?

A big part of what we do is document the current condition of your roofing system with photos. That documentation can be extremely helpful down the road if your property is ever impacted by a major storm.

Having clear photos of your roof’s condition beforehand can help the claims process go much smoother and faster.

It was an honor to serve alongside Neil at Project 66 Food & Resource Center here in Edmond. We cleaned out their gutters to help the roofing system drain properly and perform as designed through Oklahoma’s heavy rain seasons. Small maintenance like this goes a long way in protecting a building long term.

If you’re not familiar with Project 66, they are one of Edmond’s primary food pantries. Founded in 2010, they operate as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and have been serving families facing food insecurity for over 16 years.

We’re grateful for the work they do and proud to support their mission!❤️

We’re installing a new roof today for a client who was having trouble getting affordable insurance due to the age of their roof. One carrier even tried to exclude it from coverage.

After taking a closer look, we found significant granular loss and hail damage that warranted a replacement. We worked with the homeowner’s insurance, got the roof approved, and today it’s being installed.

Everyone’s happy. I love a good win-win.
