This is Pedro Lopez and his wife Maydlin Menjivar. They have four daughters ages 12, 10, 8, & 7. They got married in 2013. Pedro came to the United States at the age of 18 from Guatemala. That was in 2005. What courage! Pedro lost his mom when he was just 1-1/2 years old. His 74 year old father is still back in Guatemala.

Pedro has been painting ever since he arrived in the USA. That’s been 21 years. I’ve been personally working with Pedro the last 12-13 years. You know what? Pedro is talented, he has character, integrity, he loves his wife, and he’s a great father. He has all the qualities of someone that REIN Construction wants to work with. We throw a lot of work Pedro’s way, but if any of you need some painting done, give Pedro a call. I VOTE FOR PEDRO!!

This one hits me in the feels!! This is Jackson Thayer. He is one of my bonus sons. He comes from a fantastic family that we absolutely adore. I’ve known this young man his whole life pretty much. He’s always demonstrated nothing but the highest character. He loves everybody. He’s a lot of fun. I should know he spent a week in vacation with the whole Wiley crew. That takes balls!!🤪

Jackson is going to sell exteriors for us. Roofs, windows, siding, and gutters. Obviously, we do it all at REIN Construction. He will too, this is just his focus. If this storm hits, Rein Construction has you covered. Jackson will do things the right way, the REIN way!! (913)269-2710

This is Gavin! Gavin is the youngest son of Russ and Sherry Rein. I’ve known Gavin since he was 9 or 10. He’s family to me. I’ve been telling him for years that he should be modeling for Calvin Klein or something. Maybe I’m just jealous of the flowing mane! Instead, he’s learning the family business. He’s been paying his dues for a couple years now. We’re seeing him grow up right in front of our eyes. He’s learning who his dad really is. He’s stepping into his family name REIN. He’s a stud.

We’re going to have fun at Rein Construction and JCCA. Announcement about JCCA is coming soon. We’re going to celebrate the victories. We’re going to “Bring Sexy Back to the Trades!” Company 2027 Calendar shoot is coming this fall. Gavin’s is the model for February! That’s when his birthday is. I’m January! I have some work to do, Gavin not so much. We need 10 more studs to step up! Elijah? Russ? Steve? John? Cary? Matthew?

We recently finished this basement in West Olathe. Let me tell you, Kelly and Caeleb have fantastic taste. This is my favorite basement that we’ve done. Exquisite! We can accommodate anyone’s budget. The good contractors have been at the Overland Park Convention Center learning about their industry to maintain their various construction licenses. Johnson County Contractor Licensing does a very good job and is a leader in the area. If only we could get all the different cities in the county on the same page. They’re all different! If you never been to Davidson or the Lake Norman area of North Carolina, you should. There is a beautiful peaceful feeling over this area. Will never be hard to convince me to come back. Fantastic people..
