From turning everyday awkward gaps into seamless storage to helping local hotspots, custom woodworking is all about making every square inch count! 🪵✨

From Awkward Gap to Built-In Storage: After replacing their fridge, these homeowners were left with an awkward, wasted gap overhead. We custom-built and matched a sleek upper cabinet that slides right into the space, turning dead air into functional, beautiful kitchen storage.

The final touches: We headed over to the brand new Back Nine in Olathe to craft custom signage to tie this gorgeous lounge space together! ⛳️

Whether it's maximizing your home kitchen or making signs for a local business, we love bringing these unique visions to life. Got an awkward space or a commercial project in mind? Let’s talk! 👇

Out with the foam, in with solid cedar. 🪵

We just wrapped up 42 custom cedar corbels for a local home builder. The original architectural accents were made of this highend styrofoam and could no longer be sourced, so we recreated the exact profile using solid cedar.

We love partnering with local builders and contractors to solve tricky custom challenges.

Nothing quite beats that moment when the finish hits raw white oak and brings the grain to life! 🪵✨

Applied the first coat on this custom white oak countertop today. White oak is easily one of the best choices for a top—it offers incredible durability, rich natural tones, and timeless character that holds up for years.

What wood species would you choose for your custom countertop? Let us know below! 👇

Meet the family at CS Woodworks! 👋

We are a family-owned custom woodworking shop right here in Olathe, KS. I’m Clint Snead, and alongside my wife Margaret and our two girls, Millie and Kennedy, our biggest inspirations.

In fact, when Kennedy doesn't have school, you might just catch her out in the shop working with me! You’ll even find her art and mini wood projects scattered around our showroom. 🎨🪵

While we specialize in custom tables, we love bringing all your ideas to life—from beds and floating shelves to bookcases and beautiful solid wood island countertops.

It’s been an unbelievable first year in business, and we are so grateful for the community support. We'd love to meet more of you! Stop by our Olathe showroom Monday-Friday to say hi and see what we’re working on!

When asked to create something special for the smallest but MIGHTEST of warriors, I could not resist. Thank you and for allowing me the opportunity to create this celebration bell on wheels for your pediatric patients.

Every ring will mark a victory, a milestone, a moment of courage. Honored to create something that carries so much hope.
