Silicone coatings on a century old roof on Lindell across from Forest Park. Client spent 10's of thousands on constant repairs but leaks never went away. Silicone coating solved the problem!
This was completed last Fall 2018.
With all of the bad weather and heavy rains, theres never been a leak!

Flat and Semi Flat roofs always leak.
Client had significant roof leaks on a fairly new roof.
Applied 2 coating of liquid silicone for a definitive fix.
White coating (cool to touch at all temperatures) reduced indoor temperature below by 15 degrees.
Problem solved!
