A year ago we built this customers deck and she mentioned to me that her house was hit from a couple storms and that her insurance partially wanted to cover the deck. I did an inspection and found out there was more damage than they had stated. Moving forward I met with their insurance adjuster and I went over ther damages they had missed. Long story short, they got a full roof replacement and got upgraded from a class 3 to a class 4. New gutters are going in with 9 windows and sliding door are in order to be replaced as well. Full driveway tear out and poured done in one day from our amazing team. Not only did we do the driveway but we also extended the side walk to the backyard and poured a 5-6 inch patio for a future hot tub! Rebar and compacted gravel were included to minimize the chances of cracking In the near future. Every concrete job we do this year will be sealed with a concrete sealer for extra protection. Nice treated deck with a pergola for some shade when grilling out for them sunny hot summers. We are almost booked out all summer on our decks. Give us a call for a free estimate. Even our treated decks we use grade one lumber yellawood and treated lvls for beams to minimize posts and have a longer span between posts for a cleaner look.
