I offer two levels of cleaning just a 3300 psi pressure wash with just water, and this does get alot of growth and stuff off.
The second level would be a soap down, and a 3300 psi pressure wash.

Big remodel is finally done. In this home I refinished the whole basement from the drywall,new flooring, doors, toilets vanities,, shower, windows, mud and tape finish, put in drop down ceilingsin 3 rooms and textured ceilings in 2 rooms, carpet stairs, all casing and baseboard. Exterior I painted soffit and fascia and front deck, built a overhang for he boathouse, new weather stripping and brick mold for garage and boathouse. Vinyl sided the whole property. Customer is very happy.yhis large project was fun and educational. Son to come I will remodel this customers upstairs bathroom
