This is the first time I have made handicapped spots in a parking lot. I was able to take on the project for Park Ave. Dermatology in Orange Park. They had two spots with a busted temporary sign. I bored 2- 6” diameter holes and added steel poles filled with concrete, primed, painted, added signs, stripes and a handicapped symbol with a blue background.

I just finished a great project with my boy Donald Walker over at walker metal works. We added 2 12’ sliding doors and two 4’x6’ windows to close in a back porch area for a great customer. We added a concrete footer and a step on one side for the doors and window to sit on. After pouring the concrete and framing we added the doors and windows, followed by siding, paint and tile. We are extremely happy with the outcome and so was the customer.

I just finished up another bathroom remodel. This one was in an older home with thick plaster walls and tile that had been partially removed by plumbers to replace the tub and shower faucet. I added the wainscoting in the bathroom as well as an accent wall in the living and the dining room the homeowner added to the project. I added a niche, wall and floor tile. The project took about theee weeks.

I finished up a custom project for a customer this week. She wanted to use an antique dresser as a vanity with double sinks. I added double drains, supply lines, wainscoating and trim.
