Hey Design friends! I am working on a fireplace built-in and would welcome your feedback. Here is my sketch for my parent's fireplace. We will have an electric insert with heater and will frame it with two cabinets. What material should we go with on the fireplace? I was thinking a whitewashed thin brick or stone. I have a pic of my parent's colors...lots of cool gray tones and blues. Feel free to comment with fireplace material ideas!

Our Lincoln Project is complete!!! Check out our before and after photos and comment on your favorite transformation! We weren't able to upgrade everything in this project- simply to stay within our budget. But the transformation is still pretty impressive while coming in under budget at about 16k. The 16k included a brand new York HVAC system, new flooring and paint on every surface, a brand new bathroom on the first floor, all other bathrooms with updated faucets, lights, vanities, toilets and floors, and a gorgeous new kitchen with white cabinets, quartzite countertops, modern backsplash and stainless appliances. So thankful to have my legs back and be able to do what I LOVE with the Jermeister. Now....on to vacation!!!

Our latest project is nearing completion. Have to say, this is one of my favorite kitchen transformations. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this cement look tile backsplash. New hardware, crown molding and paint has updated this kitchen big time!

Okay, design savvy friends, I need some input. Jeremy and I are in the process of renovating a townhome in New Tripoli. We are making over the kitchen and will be putting it up for rent or sale August 1st. If we rent, I have a little more creative flexibility as to what color we paint the cabinets. If we need to sell quickly, we need to appeal to the masses so , white or light gray would be a safe bet. What color do YOU think we should paint the cabinets??? Feel free to post pics below!

We are super excited about our next project in Northwestern Lehigh SD's New Tripoli! We will be renovating a spacious 4 bedroom/3.5 bath townhome. Quartz kitchen, new flooring throughout and updated baths. Can't wait to begin! Should be on the market by mid/late July! PM with any questions!

We're BAAAACK!! Completed this partial update on master and hall bathroom today. New porcelain tile floors, new master vanity and updated hall vanity. I am exhausted but it feels so good to be productive again!!
