We have a long history painting for Scott and Brad Young at Young and Younger. They are without a doubt the best realtors in Orlando! A home we refurbished and painted made it on the commercial! How cool is that? We've painted their homes and many they've put on the market, as well as ones their buyers purchased. Family companies are awesome and we fully support these top-notch realtors!

This beautiful Bell Isle home got a makeover and it's looking pristine! 👌🏼 We started by pressure cleaning, scraping old and loose paint, caulking in all cracks especially in the boxed eaves which are notorious for peeling. We replaced rotted wood, and even deleted the vents on the sides of the home and reframed it to match it with wood siding for a seamless look. After the house was sealed and primed we put 3 coats of finish on by sprayer and roller, for a thick and durable coat that will last for many many years to come. On the back porch we painted the brick wall to match the house, stained the tongue and groove ceiling, and painted the bare wood trim around the sliders. For the doors we painted the accent color on the window framing along with the garage door to give it a modern look. My excellent customers who are great friends came up with the colors and scheme all on their own. With all credit due to them, the house came out looking amazing and beautiful! At the end we used epoxy on the front tile porch floor with matching chips. This really changed the look of the porch entirely. Using the best epoxy clear available, it came out looking fantastic. What a beautiful change to such a lovely home! ❤️ (scroll to the end for before's!)

This beautiful Delaney park interior received an updated paint job throughout the entire home! Such an amazing and spacious home looked excellent but needed some love. All trim needed to be caulked as it was separated in many areas including the base, crown, and casings. We removed all of the closet built-ins to paint behind and then reinstalled to give it that professional painted approval. All trim and all walls were done, as well as some new doors and brand new construction up stairs. We installed new baseboards upstairs too! This 4000 sq ft home is now looking pristine and move in ready! The customers love it, from the staircase spindles to the accent trim, and everything in between. Another amazing interior done and looking how it should! We even sanded down some of the window sills that had water damage to perfect this lovely home!

The before and afters here are amazing!! 😍This floor coating is the same product used by companies like "Shark coatings." I started this garage by painting the ceiling and walls which came out amazing and gave it a beautiful updated look. We then talked to our absolutely wonderful customer, Anne, about this floor product. Now this product has many different chip colors but Anne decided to go with something in the neighborhood of tan which would accent her lovely homes exterior. The difference in the way we apply this coating is in experience, but we don't rush the job like these other garage floor coating companies. We wait for full cure and we apply not one but two coats of clear. There's a lot of things involved from start to finish to prep for each coat and we don't feel it should be rushed. The outcome is this and what a difference does it make! If you're looking for a long lasting floor coating system done by experienced professionals at a great price, look no further! It's even UV resistant!🙌🏼

What an update on this Beautiful Delaney park home! Our customer chose an excellent clean and crisp color, "natural linen." Accented by ultra white on the columns, doors, and around the windows. We completely sealed, primed, and applied two coats of finish to the entire home. Each porch ceiling was done in "sky high" blue and accented by white trim. The front door was done in "sky fall" and came out absolutely amazing! We also removed the old shutters and installed new ones throughout the entire home. We also fixed rotted wood including the front porch area where many boards and framing were compromised by the weather. We then built a new gate as well. The before and after are night and day, with removal of any mildew, algae, and vines, the homes true beauty was shown, and after the painting and updates it's looking beyond amazing! All porches were sanded and coated in a solid stain. For finishing touches we painted the mailbox in a fresh coat and another gate which needed some love. We also refurbished the chimneys and painted them with a wash to match the house color. Our customers are more than happy with the outcome and so are we! 🙌🏼 This lovely home will be looking pristine for many many years to come! 😁

Sometimes you just need that one room done before the holidays! 🎄❄️☃️ From one room to the entire home, we've got you covered and we are there to help every step of the way!
