Sometime last year my husband & I participated in an online real estate auction and placed a bid on a foreclosed property we toured days prior.

As you can tell from me screaming in this video, I was super excited and couldn’t wait to start our next house flipping project! 😁🙌🏾 Becoming a real estate investor has been my dream since I was 14 years old. We’ve partnered with other investors in the past but this time it was going to me just us (my husband & I)…

Long story short, we won the auction but the bank decided not to accept our final bid. 😩 The house went back up for auction serval days later and sold to another investor with bigger & dipper pockets. 🥺

𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲: In life, you will always succeed in some situations and fail in others. 🤷🏾♀️ BUT, no matter what happens we will always succeed if we 𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐆𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐔𝐏‼️
