🍞 Zucchini Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 1/4 cups white sugar
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8 x 4-inch pans.
2. Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
3. Beat eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugar together in a large bowl. Add sifted ingredients to the creamed mixture and beat well.
4. Stir in zucchini and nuts until well combined. Pour batter into prepared pans.
5. Bake for 40 to 60 minutes, or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack for 20 minutes. Remove bread from pan, and completely cool.

🍰 Awesome Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and coffee powder.
3. Add milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
4. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin).
5. Pour batter into prepared pans.
6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks.

🥔 Potato Slices Made Like Potato Skins

Ingredients:
- 3 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wash and dry the potatoes, then slice them into thin rounds.
3. In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
4. Place the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

🌮Tonights cheap yet easy meal.. Sloppy Jill burritos

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can of sloppy joe sauce
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6-8 flour tortillas

Directions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender.
2. Stir in the sloppy joe sauce and cooked rice. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
3. Heat the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave.
4. Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

🍰 Old Fashioned 7 Minute Frosting 🍰
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:
1. In the top of a double boiler, combine sugar, cream of tartar, salt, water, and egg whites.
2. Beat on high speed with a handheld electric mixer for 1 minute.
3. Place over boiling water (the water should not touch the bottom of the top pan).
4. Beat on high speed for 7 minutes.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Add vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread.

Ingredients:
- 6 cups cubed day-old bread
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and butter. Heat until butter is melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

🦐Homemade Seafood Gumbo

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups seafood or chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crabmeat
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving

Directions:
1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Gradually whisk in the flour to make a roux, stirring constantly until the roux is a dark brown color.
2. Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic to the pot, and cook until the vegetables are softened.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, broth, thyme, oregano, and bay leaf. Bring to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
4. Add the shrimp and crabmeat to the pot, and cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. dried onion flakes
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and onion flakes.
4. Place chicken in a baking dish and coat with the honey mustard mixture.
5. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it on top of the chicken.
