Vistoria no final da locacao economiza dinheiro e diminui muito as surpresas. Voce vai perder seu deposito e ficar devendo se nao fizer vistoria de termino de locacao.
Exemplo: Ao sair do imovel alugado o Proprietario vai reformar o apartamento/casa para o novo inquilino. Preco que vai te cobrar:
Troca de espelho de tomada: 80
Troca de lampada: 20
Persiana bem simples: 200
Troca de to****ra: 200
Pintura por comodo: 400 (imovel de 2 quartos, sala, cozinha e banheiro:2.000)
Limpeza de geladeira: 150
Limpeza de fogao: 100
Limpeza geral: 200
Limpeza de carpete: 400
Chave perdida (troca de fechadura): 150
Total: 3.500
Se voce fizer vistoria antes de finalizar a locacao,voce vai gastar $100,00 e so vai fazer o servico que for realmente necessario.
Caso precisar fazer todos os servicos, veja quanto vai gastar:

Generally because the tenant doesn't inspect the property before handing it over!
An inspection at the end of the lease saves money and greatly reduces surprises. You will lose your deposit and be in debt if you don't have a final inspection done.
Example: Upon leaving the rented property, the owner will renovate the apartment/house for the new tenant. Price they will charge you:
Replacement of outlet cover: 80
Replacement of light bulb: 20
Very simple blinds: 200
Replacement of faucet: 200
Painting per room: 400 (property with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom: 2,000)
Refrigerator cleaning: 150
Stove cleaning: 100
General cleaning: 200
Carpet cleaning: 400
Lost key (lock replacement): 150
Total: 3,500
If you do an inspection before finalizing the rental, you will spend $100.00 and will only have the service done that is really necessary.
If you need to have all the services done, here's how much it will cost:
Replacing an electrical outlet cover: 20
Replacing a light bulb: 5
