It is so much fun helping a family upgrade their living space! This family easily added 200 Sq Ft of new living space. We were responsible to making a better attic access, finish off installing insulation in the attic, building a small wall, hanging drywall, taping, mudding, and texturing. It was a great journey! We so appreciate our clients trusting us with this project! The before and after pictures tell so much! We are so excited for this families future in their new space!

Getting stronger isn’t only about the physical. It’s also mental, and challenging yourself to do things you’d never do before!

I have always had head trash about doing bench. I’ve never been able to put even 2 - 45 lb plates on and do it…. A couple weeks ago, I decided I was going to be vulnerable and challenge myself…. So here I am…. Getting stronger….. physically, mentally, emotionally, and building confidence in myself!
