Yaroch Asphalt is looking for reliable individuals to come join our asphalt crew! If you love to work outside, and have some construction experience, then we would love to hear from you. We offer competitive pay based on experience.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as dump trucks, asphalt paver, skid steer, and roller
-Ability to assist with various duties such as shoveling and raking.
-Signal the operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement, and materials with shovel.
-Ability to run small power tools such as jack hammer and chop saw
-Ability to dig, spread, and level construction materials.
-Ability to lift, carry, and hold material, tools, and supplies.
-Assists in the placement, moving and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones, and other traffic control devices.
-Ensures a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.
-Assist with other duties as assigned
-Commercial driver's license and experience in asphalt paving preferred but will train the right individual.
