Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Carpenter Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the carpentry field, with the chance to work alongside experienced professionals. Responsibilities:
• Assist with the construction and other carpentry projects.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials under the guidance of a senior carpenter.
• Help with maintaining tools and materials at the job site.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Carry out other general labor tasks as assigned, including loading/unloading materials.
Qualifications:
• Some prior carpentry experience required, but any hands-on work or trade experience is a plus.
• Strong desire to learn and develop carpentry skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
