Old prefinished beveled flooring that was worn down over years of use. Upper half was not worn down as much but it’s an old parquet floor. These type of floors can be refinished but care has to be taken in doing so. Floors were finished with 3 coats of commercial grade oil based floor finish.

Customer shared these pics with me after the floor was dried and able to be walked on.

Prefinished 2 1/4 wide red oak gunstock color installed into a few bedrooms. The carpet, padding, tack strips, and all those little staples were removed prior to installation. Flooring always sits in a room for at least a week prior to installation to acclimate to the homes moisture content so there is no issues with gapping or swelling. Then the floor is installed with a tar impregnated felt paper, staples, and glue to ensure a flawless install. Another happy customer.
