These handy bin storage units from Home Depot are fairly sturdy. I would rate them an 8 out of ten. The storage bins are Costco brand and seem to be a little sturdier than the other brands. What a great storage idea 😊

Upon arrival the customer complained about this door being jammed and not opening and closing due to settling. We discovered a large area of wood rotted beyond mush in critical areas. Due to a limited budget, we proposed shimming the door wall in its original location and pouring a concrete foundation. Needless to say; we nailed it. This customer is now able to open and close the door effortlessly. Not every project can be a total rebuild. There are times we do what is feasible for the customer in a manner that represents our quality standards. Functionality was the goal in this repair. We weren’t looking to re-create a better homes and gardens scenario 😊

So not all boxed furniture is created equal. This was an Amazon ordered piece that came in with several defects. If you look at the pictures, you will see the front board is bowed excessively, in turn causing the pins to come apart from the structural piece. The assembly was also missing threaded inserts and had several damaged areas. This was the first Amazon furniture I’ve had to request the customer return. As a general rule; I see better quality from Amazon furniture than wayfair furniture. Keep the reviews in mind when ordering 😊

Although I failed to take finished pics; Stacie Lynn assembled some crazy complex furniture for a referred customer today. She knocked it out of the park and the customer was beyond pleased. Thank you Stacie 😊
