Progress update from our Pacifica remodel.

A major milestone: all MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) inspections have been passed — clearing the path for the next phase of work.
The beautiful Marvin windows and doors have been installed, bringing in that coastal light. Hardie siding is in full swing! Up next is insulation and Sheetrock.

A quiet showstopper.
This custom island, anchored by a breathtaking Calacatta Arbescato slab, has become the heart of the home — its dramatic veining unfolding across the surface like a piece of natural artwork.
The solid brass pulls are the finishing note. Warm, weighty, and quietly luxurious, they bring a sense of permanence and intention to every detail.
It’s the kind of moment in a kitchen where stone, hardware, and craftsmanship come together to create something truly enduring.

Things are getting taller in Pacifica! 📈
Second floor framing is climbing toward the sky, the roof framing is taking shape, and a fresh stack of lumber rolled in to keep the rhythm going. We’ve also wrapped the structure in our blue skin air, v***r, and water barrier ! Coming up next: the MEP crews bring the home to life with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, and a truckload of gorgeous Marvin windows and doors are waiting in the wings. 😍
This is the phase where a job site stops looking like a pile of lumber and starts looking like a home.

We’ve reached the finish phase at our Portola Valley remodel.
Our team is coordinating interior paint, wallpaper installation, plumbing and electrical trim out, and hardware installation — the layered, detail-driven work that brings a home to completion.
The final phase of a project is where careful planning and trade coordination matter most.
