I have been made aware of a ex employee, spreading rumors on fb about my company, and I’d like to address these rumors. Me, and my company has never damaged anyone’s property, (this is why we have insurance, if something was to get damaged or messed up, we have insurance to cover anything and everything) as for alleged cutting corners, and short cuts, we do every job up to code and customer expectations. We have many happy customers, reviews and pictures, to show our work. As for hrs, is construction and remodeling. Hrs very by week. But as a employee, you don’t get to decide what jobs you show up on, and if you dont like one you dont have to show up, ans that what this employee wanted. To do what he wanted when he wanted. There are consequences for actions. As every small business owner knows, sometimes disgruntled ex employees can be a nightmare and thats why i wanted to address these rumors.
