Our 1-year anniversary is right around the corner, and we’re kicking things off with a new logo along with other updates to improve our business. Wrapped up a hot water heater replacement for a local homeowner this week. Took out the old unit, installed a new one, checked all connections, and made sure there were no leaks. A recent customer reached out after discovering a water leak under her kitchen sink that had been caused by an aging ice maker supply line. The continual drip had rotted the flooring and damaged the surrounding area.

We began by replacing the old water line and installing a new supply line to stop the leak at its source. Once the plumbing was taken care of, we focused on repairing the structural damage. We removed the affected section of flooring, added new floor joists for support, and installed a new piece of subfloor. After the repairs were made, we removed the old linoleum and replaced it with new flooring for a clean, refreshed look.

From fixing the leak to restoring the floor, the job was completed with long-lasting results and attention to detail.
