We can handle all of that!

This was a fiberglass swap. The original tub was in sad shape. Owner didn't want to spend tile shower money. For a third of what a tile shower would of cost we put this awesome fiberglass tub/shower combo back in. We also moved the light switches that were OUTSIDE the bathroom🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ to the inside for ease of use.

We weren't exactly expecting what we actually found under their YEAR OLD LVP floor....
That's Hardibacker under EVERYTHING...
Tile board with thinset still on it...
Our friends went out of country for a week while this "professional" put down their new floor and stair cases.
He chipped up the tile by hand off of the backer and then filled in the holes he made with self leveler....
The wall paper and wood trim on the stairs is because he didn't know how to properly build out the stairs.
Long story short we pulled every bit of the flooring, trim, and backer. Then we did the appropriate floor prep and laid back a new commercial grade flooring and hand built the stairs with appropriate treads, risers and stair nose.

Moral is you get what you pay for and these "new guys" aren't your answer.

Little project we got goin on. Framed in a 60x90 opening down to a 35x83 to allow for a 38x84 barn door to be installed when finished. Opening will be cased out to match the barn door. Stay tuned for the finished pics. We can only do this a little at a time with it being a vacation rental condo. Gonna be awesome!
