Before/After pictures of a recently completed project. We undertook a comprehensive renovation, removing existing cabinets, the upper soffit area, and replacing damaged drywall. New cabinets, countertops, and a backsplash were installed. A mirror was removed from the wall and necessary repairs were made to ensure a seamless blend with the surrounding walls. The result is truly impressive, providing ample cabinet space for a compact kitchen, as well as cleverly relocating the washer/dryer under the counter (customer waiting for delivery of washer). We haven’t posted much here lately as it has been crazy busy with the holidays and working on getting some amazing STR in tip top shape for the upcoming season… that being said, we are booked pretty solid for January, but booking into February! Thank you to all our customers that has allowed us to serve you and we look forward to working with our future clients! Before/After pictures of a condo we just finished freshening up for next season. Pulled the old carpet and floors out, put in new lvp flooring, put a fresh coat of paint on the walls, trim and doors. Installed a new backsplash, some shiplap, installed new overhead microwave and kitchen sink faucet. While working on this project we also found that the customer had a leaky toilet tank due to rubber seals failing in the tank. So we replaced the seals and good as new. Also found that the hvac condensation line was plugged up and had the tray full of water. Cleaned the p-trap and got the water drained out. At Coastal Home Solutions, even while doing projects, we will still do a quick assessment of your property to make sure something else doesn’t need immediate attention. It was fun bringing this condo back to life and giving it the beachy feel.

We will accept service calls to facilitate the restoration of your property, regardless of whether or not you are a participant in our maintenance service plan contract. Additionally, if you are interested in enrolling in one of our service plans, you will receive discounts on future service calls. Our flyer is attached for your convenience.
