Hey y’all I was just wanting if you guys could please pray for me I have this heavy on my heart to go places and help when storms happen or if someone needs help and can’t find somebody they trust to do carpentry. Travel from state to state of needed.
I’m believing for truck and I might have a trailer so I can do this. I have tools just not the truck.
I don’t have credit at the moment still carrying from others that left me in a bill. But I have a SSM if you know anyone who would want to have tax right off or help a ministry I can give them my tax number and receipt.
I’d like to make this happen for so many people.
I hate seeing these people suffering. I haven’t had a vehicle I trusted to take me very far so that’s why I’m asking for prayers and if you know someone that could point me in the right way I’d appreciate it so much.this kinda what I’m looking for. Now it being a SSM self sustaining ministry what ever that is donated would be tax write off. I know ministries that used to deal with car dealerships the vehicles they didn’t sell at end of they year could donate and write it off. Like I said we have a ssm number so anything could be wrote off.

Not been feeling the greatest lately after the doctors reports this week.
But got some things done this week Randa Elliott and I painted this and built the latus wall.

So I get calls all the time asking me and so here it is: I got a great guy that does seamless gutters and he is great and cheaper than any other guy I know. If you need gutters let me know and I’ll send him your way. Oh and snow shields too.

The struggle is real dealing with my physical health lately and being the sole provider for my family is not for the weak. I’m thankful for Randa Elliott standing with me and helping me through this. I do my best to try to give my clients the best possible jobs but with that I have also suffered from it. I’ve Put my body through stress and done a lot of jobs myself when I shouldn’t have done that pays back later on your life. I will continue to pray and give my heart and soul and the best of me to those that continue to trust me with their home or business remodels. It’s never been about the money it’s been about the feeling I get when somebody is happy with the finish product. So pray for us and for this time we are going through to make it work around the doctors appointments and when I’m back to normal I’ll go full force for those that have been here for me.

Had great two weeks with Randa Elliott and my bro Paul Dye He helped with a few jobs , finished a few projects and got to hangout. It’s great to spend time with family. Definitely needed reminder of who really cares about you. Lately it’s been hard physically and mentally with my health issues and balancing work and some small furniture projects. I’m glad I can rely on my family to be around when I needed them.
The vanity isn’t finished but it’s a start. I’ll be selling these soon if interested.

So I’ve really been thinking about just getting a job stocking in a store or something and not doing carpentry anymore. I love the work I’m just sick of how much of the used and abused stuff. Maybe if I let them work some of these other guys they will see how much I tried and nothing to show for it. Years ago I decided I was going to go to school to be funeral director and it was dream of mine. When my mom passed away I tried but my dream faded away. I went into it b/c I wanted to help people and give them what felt the funeral homes in my area wasn’t giving them. But I learned people will continue to go back out of tradition and it breaks my heart. Knowing what know when I go to a funeral now. Don’t get me wrong there are some good ones. But at the time I had 3 months to go I had family and kids and felt I needed to go back to work making better money for my family so I did I went back to what I know construction. Years went by I grew to even a 12 man crew company. What people don’t know is I felt like I was going to lose my mind I didn’t see it as 12 men I seen as 12 families I was busting my butt to make sure that they was taken care of.
But when big companies decided they didn’t want to pay for work and I had to fight them for it and won I realized I didn’t want to do that over and over. So I stepped down and started doing smaller jobs and helped at home with my daughters. My daughter said dad if people only knew what all you can do and do without posting it on fb or bragging about it.
I’ve always had a problem telling people what I do i don’t like feeling like a bragger or a know it all. But I do know quite a bit. I just don’t show my cards to everyone lol
I’d try to just take a job with better money out of state. But every time I’d get calls from people saying how so and so our local contractors charged them then would brag about how well they was doing on fb. My heart was broken so I’d do jobs for people and try my best to help them with affordable work.
I have always put 100 % to my clients and I’m thankful for the work I’ve had. But most don’t realize how much I’ve sacrificed for them I’ve missed Hollidays, special days , birthdays, funerals and church. My goal was to to one day be able to flip or build houses for myself and sale them for reasonable prices. I’ve built empires for everyone else but myself I have remained the mule.
I wanted to have a missionary ministry that went to help others in need not a storm chaser bragging on what we did for others to think we are so good when in secret getting paid to help by insurance companies.
Yeah that’s not what I do. I’ve seen it happen so many times.
But honestly I’m tried and just ready to go to less stressful job with less people thinking that I’m just in it for money. I don’t care about money if I did I wouldn’t be here I’d be making it elsewhere. I’ve done that and having money and being alone sucked.
Last year I spent holidays alone.
On top of it health hasn’t been the greatest and with that and doctors I’ve just lost interest to try. So I’ve been praying about just doing the weekly jobs and spending time with my family and waiting to punch my card out of this world. As for preaching I really don’t have desire to do that anymore. Watching people sell books off of the things that I’ve been saying for years and the same people telling me to work harder lol. People that say I should don’t know what all my family and I have been through and for what? I know God loves me and I have waited for him to change it but maybe this is it.

So we have a great opportunity that I can do only if God provides the tools to do it.
I’m looking for a truck that I can drive to another state to work with. May buy but depends on how much.
Just praying for guidance on it. I found one but it will put us in a spot that we are pushing it to try as in affordable.
I really want this to work so I can be one step closer to being able to do our vision to have ministryto help people that have lost homes or need work.
I plan to be the biggest contractor in my area putting people to work and respecting my workers and not taking advantage of them like I’ve seen in our community. It’s broke my heart. I hate that I have leave for awhile to do it but one day I’ll be able to help people so they won’t have work for the people that take advantage of them and rundown our community. One day I’ll have ministry that can help people get back their lives. My dream isn’t to be rich off others but to connect and build relationships and families that can make our communities better and stronger. But it takes working through the rain and mud and I’m going to do my best. I’d never ask somebody to do anything I wouldn’t do. So if you could please give me your Prayers please
