The repair timeline is long by default, but not because the work is complicated.

Because the coordination is.

Traditional contractor bids alone can take 5 to 10 days each. Per repair item.

Now multiply that across a full repair amendment with multiple line items. Finding contractors. Waiting on bids. Scheduling access. Following up when no one calls back. Verifying the work. Coordinating the re-inspection.
