Another HOA job.
We completely renovated these tired and ugly islands inside the community.
So much better now.

This island was the scene of an accident. Someone jumped the island in a jeep.
We ripped it all out and made it nice and simple.
2 giant Braken Brown Magnolias and covered the island with new Floritam St. Augustine turf.

Old and tired island inside an HOA. residents had trouble seeing over and around the old red fountain grass.
We removed everything off the islands and started over.
Tan river rock for the corners.
We circled the existing palms with Pink Muhly grass and kept the rest of the design simple with variegated Confederate Jasmine and Yellow African Iris.

Some of the fly thinking. Pumps went down during this install project for an HOA. They spent a lot of 💰💰💰on this job and I wasn’t letting plants die! No water Buffalo trailer was available so I made my own!
