As temperatures are forecasted to approach zero degrees this week, we advise everyone to adopt preventive measures to avoid pipe damage, including raising the thermostat by a few degrees, keeping cabinet doors under sinks open to facilitate warm air circulation, and allowing faucets to drip slightly when away from home. The minimal cost incurred from water loss will be significantly lower than our service charge for pipe thawing! Please ensure your safety and do not hesitate to contact us if you require assistance.
