This was a tight one…. 😂
We removed framing, gas piping, condensation pump and piping, electrical boxes and water piping to get this one replaced.
Upon replacing the 30 gallon gas heater we reinstalled everything including the framing.

Removed an existing gas water heater that was not getting proper air flow, also the exhaust was oversized after HVAC was replaced and switched to PVC flue’s. We
Installed a 50 gallon power vent and new PVC flue through the roof. Customer is installing fresh air vents in the wall of the hallway to allow for proper air circulation. We also replaced a laundry tub,washer valves and piping.
