Dry rot doesn’t always mean replacing the entire board.

When the damage is caught early enough, a professional structural epoxy repair can restore the wood, save the homeowner money, and provide a long-lasting repair. When it’s beyond repair, we’ll always recommend replacement instead.

Not all wood rot is the same. And not every damaged board needs to be replaced.

Before we ever open a paint can, we perform a thorough inspection of the home’s wood surfaces. When the damage is minor and the wood is still structurally sound, we can often restore it using a professional two-part epoxy repair system. When the rot has compromised the integrity of the wood, we recommend full replacement instead.

Our goal is simple: recommend the right repair for each situation. That helps homeowners avoid unnecessary costs while ensuring the repairs are built to last.

A quality exterior paint job starts long before the first drop of paint.

Our process begins by removing spider webs before pressure washing. This helps prevent webs from being forced into the surface and gives us a cleaner foundation to work from.

From there, we thoroughly pressure wash the home to remove dirt, mildew, chalking, and other contaminants so the surface is ready for the next stage of preparation.

Every step matters when your goal is a finish that’s built to last.
