1st step grind stained floors back to concrete 2600 square foot house. 2nd step Laying tile in the entire house around the the center of the house tying it all back in together from front door through the dining room through the kitchen in breakfast area to sun room back to living area then back to the front door

Got this big one finished this week in LoHo replaced all the rotten wood,(soffit,fascia,and siding) changed colors on the(siding,fascia, front door and brick including the chimney) repaired/replaced brick and the rusted iron railing and added new gutters. Not pictured but also replaced some termite damage on interior walls
