Been working for an investor who lives in California with a Houston realtor/investor. Been in a lot of homes for sale in Dickinson, and yesterday up in the Braeswood area. I've been to 8 of his homes! I guess he knows a good handyman!

Finished up a fairly big job a couple of weeks ago. 40' of soffit and fascia torn out and replaced along with some rotten rafter ends. And a co-worker replaced some old, brittle hardie board on a big dormer, and 4 corners on the chimney.......and some hardie on the chimney too. Old brittle crumbly hardie is NOT easy to work with!
