This client commissioned us to rebuild their front porch several years ago and subsequently requested our return to renovate the side porch, which had fallen into disrepair. We dismantled the existing porch and replaced the outdated block columns that were no longer structurally sound. The entire deck was rebuilt utilizing properly sized lumber, and featured wider stairs and a new railing with metal spindles. Additionally, new lattice work was installed to enclose the bottom section. Here are some before and after photos.

This client determined it was necessary to replace their 30-year-old deck. Consequently, we devised a design to expand it to 27x12 and reposition the steps to the side. The original deck measured 16x11. Upon removing the old deck, we discovered the ledger board and rim joist were decayed, prompting us to replace these components entirely. Additionally, we installed a couple of outlets and added subdeck lighting. The client also requested assistance with assembling their new gazebo, which we constructed and secured to the deck at the desired location. Now, the client has a safe and sturdy deck to enjoy for years to come.

The existing residence experienced water leakage issues originating from the upstairs bathroom whenever water was utilized. To identify the source of the leak, partial removal of the wall and ceiling was necessary. Upon inspection, a crack was discovered in the cast iron drain pipe, which was subsequently replaced with PVC. Further investigation in the basement revealed an additional crack, necessitating replacement. In accordance with the client's request, a comprehensive plumbing system upgrade was performed, involving the removal of a substantial amount of galvanized pipe and its replacement with PEX. Additionally, the bathroom underwent an update, which included the removal of the soffit above the bathtub to increase spatial efficiency. Other renovations included the removal of wallpaper, installation of a new ventilation fan, flooring, toilet, and application of paint. Furthermore, a new kitchen faucet was installed.

Another hot water heater replaced, this one was 15 years old and leaking. Now a brand new one.

Our client recently purchased a new home and opted to update the aesthetic by applying primer and paint to transform the wood tone finishes. Additionally, we addressed an incomplete kitchen backsplash, which lacked tiling on one side, and were able to source matching tile to complete the installation, resulting in a more refined appearance. We recently had the opportunity to undertake a comprehensive renovation project for a valued client, involving the installation of new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout their 1,800 square foot residence. This extensive project built upon previous work we had completed for the client, which included remodeling both bathrooms. The scope of work for the flooring project entailed relocating furniture from each room, removing the existing base trim, carpeting, padding, tack strips, and staples. Additionally, in the kitchen area, we removed the outdated laminate flooring, discovering water damage under the sink that had caused rot. We addressed this issue by cutting out the affected area and replacing the subfloor. Furthermore, in one of the bedrooms, we encountered a significant moisture issue that had compromised the entire subfloor, necessitating its replacement. Following the successful installation of the new LVP flooring, we reinstalled the base trim, closet doors, and other fixtures, and relocated the furniture to its original position. The client will be responsible for replacing minor items. As part of the project, we also replaced a ceiling fan in the dining room.
