This is some of the worst exhaust vent I’ve ever came across. Found this during a real estate inspection, along with many other issues. None of the gas appliances can be used until this is replaced. Carbon monoxide poisoning is a dangerous thing and should be respected as such. Maintenance and inspections can help catch issues long before they get to this point. Call or text today! Here are a couple before and after photos of a heat pump cleaning. Original call was for spring maintenance. Upon arrival customer explained he found some large debris on the filter when he changed it last. They also noticed a foul smell. He further explained his wife had allergy problems. The solution was to thoroughly clean the system and treat the coil. Also installed an I wave r air purifier. Another happy customer 👍🏼 call today to have your system checked! Stay cozy!
